I am a Strategic Procurement leader with more than 15 years of international experience in high-tech industries, particularly machinery, industrial automation, robotics, battery technologies and renewable energy. Much of my work has centred on complex technology supply chains, from electronic components and semiconductors to batteries, EMS and high-tech assemblies. I have also gained extensive experience working with supplier markets across Europe and Asia.

I believe procurement creates the most value when it moves beyond purchasing and builds a true partnership with the business. This requires more than achieving good commercial results. It also means understanding the technology behind the products, anticipating supply risks and building supplier relationships that remain reliable when conditions become difficult.

My career has taken me through procurement leadership, category management and strategic sourcing. I have developed sourcing strategies, led negotiations, managed supply risks and escalations, and worked closely with colleagues from Engineering, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain. I value clear expectations and commercial discipline, but I also believe that strong supplier relationships are built through openness, consistency and mutual respect.

My leadership approach is transformational and people-focused. I believe in setting a clear direction, explaining the purpose behind decisions and empowering people to take ownership within a transparent framework. I encourage open dialogue, constructive challenge and continuous learning while adapting my support to individual strengths and development needs.
